What counts as a 'run'?

One lead through one carrier portal equals one run. If you send one lead to 5 carriers, that's 5 runs.

What if I go over my plan's runs?

You're not cut off. Extra runs are billed at the per-run overage rate for your plan. You'll get an alert at 80% so there are no surprises.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup, onboarding, and carrier portal configuration are included.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime with no penalty.
